Lieferkettengesetz (Gesetz über die unternehmerischen Sorgfaltspflichten in Lieferketten)   Die deutsche Regierung das Gesetz über die unternehmerischen Sorgfaltspflichten in Lieferketten, auch bekannt unter dem Begriff Lieferkettengesetz oder Sorgfaltspflichtengesetz, in 2021 verabschiedet. In diesem werden, vereinfacht gesagt, Unternehmen, die Produkte in Deutschland verkaufen an Endkunden aufgefordert, nachzuweisen, dass sie selbst und in Ihrer Lieferkette die grundsätzlichen Menschenrechte, soweit anwendbar für unternehmerische Zusammenhänge, beachtet und eingehalten werden. Ziel des Gesetzes ist die Regelung der unternehmerischen Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Menschenrechten bezogen auf alle Produkte, die in Deutschland hergestellt und verkauft werden. Die Unternehmen müssen dabei an noch zu definierende Behördenstellen oder Organisationen diese Einhaltung nachweisen. Es drohen ab 2023 hohe finanzielle Strafen, wenn nachgewiesen werden kann, dass den zugrundeliegenden Pflichten nicht nachgekommen wurde. Die Idee des Gesetzes ist allerdings nicht nur die Erstellung weiterer Berichte und Erhöhung der Bürokratie, sondern dass die Unternehmen sich aktiv mit den Themen auseinandersetzen und gestaltend verarbeiten.   Wir sehen dies als Standard-Managementfunktion eines jeden Unternehmens an und nicht als eine grundsätzlich neue Forderung. Viele Unternehmen haben bereits Compliance und Nachhaltigkeitsforderungen in Ihren Lieferketten auf freiwilliger Basis verankert. Alle modernen Managementsysteme von Unternehmen müssen sich am Kontext der Organisation orientieren und so gestaltet sein, dass auch Veränderungen in z.B. gesetzlichen Forderungen und Erwartungen eingearbeitet werden können. Risikomanagement und Due Diligence hinsichtlich wirtschaftlicher und rechtlicher Risiken und bei Nichteinhaltung von Kundenerwartungen ist tägliche Praxis. Hier muss das Risikomanagement lediglich um Nachhaltigkeits-Aspekte erweitert werden, wenn es ohnehin nicht schon realisiert wurde. Natürlich muss dies alles in das Wertesystem der Unternehmung durch die oberste Leitung verankert sein.   In dieser Veranstaltung wollen wir Ihnen Impulse geben, wie Sie Ihr bestehendes Managementsystem bewerten und erweitern können, um die Forderungen des Lieferkettengesetzes einzuarbeiten, ohne komplett neue Systeme aufbauen zu müssen. Dabei werden die beiden Sichtweisen - Hersteller und Lieferant - gesondert betrachtet. Die Lösung muss so gestaltet sein, dass sie, eingebettet in eine umfassende Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie, notwendige Prozesse und Methoden enthält, um die Forderungen des Lieferkettengesetzes aber auch andere Forderungen und Erwartungen des Marktes hinsichtlich aller Felder der Nachhaltigkeit abbilden zu können. Nur eine Berichtssoftware zu kaufen ist sicherlich zu wenig, alles neu zu machen sicher zu viel. Benötigt wird ein Rechner mit einem aktuelle Internet Browser, der Chrome fähig ist, also Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge Chromium oder dem aktuellen Firefox. Es sollte eine ausreichende Bandbreite seitens des Teilnehmers vorliegen. Eine Kamera ist nicht erforderlich, ein gutes Audiosystem (Lautsprecher und Mikrofon) erforderlich.
